Creating the Sacred Marriage

When you think of a Sacred Marriage what do you think of? Do you automatically think about finding that perfect mate? Simply stated the Sacred Marriage happens when we truly marry ourSelf. In the late 1980s and early 1990s I started to have these visions and dreams of a future self as I opened, what is sometimes referred to as the 3rd eye chakra/energy centre. I started to explore the nature of psychic readings and began learning how to sense energy. I started to see from an inner perspective. I saw that when people were doing readings a lot is colored by their own consciousness. Some of the information meant something different to me, and where I am in consciousness than what it meant to the person doing the reading. Some people are reading from the level of Soul and some are reading from the thoughts of the personality. One reading in particular I mention here for the symbols best describe the Sacred Marriage I speak of, and are a metaphor for what my life path is about.

I used to have my hair cut by a woman who read Greek coffee cups. I normally don't drink coffee but I tried a couple of swigs of this stuff so that I could have the experience. After my tresses were trimmed she picked up the cup and started laughing at the images she saw inside it. The image she saw, was me, sitting on a throne with a crown on my head and in my hand I was holding a piece of the male anatomy. I am sure you can guess what part that was. She also saw three 7s. One was reversed and was being put back in the right place. The letter E was also present. Also, at this time, I had similar images show up in my paintings that I had not consciously put there. The Crown represents a spiritual attainment. This is where the wounded healer is transformed into the King or Queen stepping forward with the keys of mastery in service on the planet. Now the symbol of the male anatomy represents the Male Principle active in my life. The reversed 7 being put back into alignment represents the transmuting of a fear pattern linked with a past life memory to do with living my purpose. The letter E to me represented Evolution.

In my Sacred Marriage workshop I speak about ways that Spirit speaks to us. Those symbols from that reading as well as Symbols that I had in my meditations and dreams years ago, that I knew were of the future, are now all around me as I have integrated my inner vision through all the layers of my consciousness into my physical reality. For example, I find a lot of things that are a metaphor for my life and where I am now in this time.

The things that I have learned over the years to take me deeper are what I teach in my Sacred Marriage workshop and meditation classes. In an upcoming article I will be writing about why sometimes things don't work out and how to open the flow, which is linked with prosperity consciousness.

Everyday on the news we hear of people who have done some very heinous things. The murderers, child molesters, investment scam artists, and so on when found out have often up until that point been seen as very upstanding citizens. Their friends and family have often had no idea about what is truly going on with that person. This is one example of this split between the male and female principles of life. We will always be able to access the Truth of a person by going beyond our 5 physical senses to being able to see beyond and know if a person's words and expression are sincere and meet up with their intention.

In order to have this Sacred Marriage in the outer physical reality we must be operating from all the quadrants of our Being; mind, emotions, physical body, soul and relationship with Source. For the most part we have been taught to operate from our intellect and our physical senses making interpretations about our outer reality.

Another way that this split shows up is how we approach our health and wellness. Last fall I sat in on a series of lectures about some of the latest research to do with the environment of the fetis, early childhood development, the genes and prominent diseases such as diabetes and alzheimer's. The question was asked about whether there had been any research done to do with the emotions and diabetes. It was like the question just didn't compute. They started talking about stress. The focus was on logic and the 'Big Brains' were seen as those that had the logical scientific mind. It was assumed that if a disease was in the family that it was inevitable that you would get it. Well, did you know that viruses also happen on the etheric and that some behaviours can cause you to take on disease? There is more going on around us than what we think. Are your thoughts and feelings your own or are you just acting out what someone wants you to do and be? Very often when we "hook up" with someone in relationship we are just acting out idealized thought forms from other lifetimes. There is so much more...

That which cannot be seen by most people is considered to be airy fairy, of the devil, or not given credibility depending which area of life you are focusing on. We have machinery being built for things that we are meant to be able to do for ourselves, as we connect with our God-essence. We can do wonderful affirmations, planting seeds for manifestation yet we can be planting them in a soil of toxic consciousness. Who we are changes the nature of the soil. It is that process of digging into that unconsciousness that makes us more awake to what's around us. The more we are familiar with our own energy and thoughts the more we can discern the thoughts and energy of another person. If we operate only from one or two quadrants of being we have a limited perception. The logical scientific mind is just as important as the intuitive creative mind. As we make the link with our Soul these become raised in vibration and awareness. We start to use more of our brain as we open those locked doors in our consciousness. As we allow our Soul to make the link through all the layers of our consciousness; mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, sexual, etheric, and so on we have right timing, transformation, transmutation and the birth of the Sacred Marriage where the Masculine and the Feminine consciousness are equal, and working together within us. Miracles become an everyday occurrence as we bring our Soul energy home. Everything is exposed. Our Divinity shows. And So It Is.
