     Enlightened Body
I am an enlightened body tingling with Joy!
I house a light so bright,
from above my head to the tips of my toes I glow.
The light peeks through my skin,
so soft and supple wrinkles give in
to smooth landscapes and curvy slopes.
Inside all of my cells dwells
a wealth of knowledge.
Without hesitation I'd say
regeneration is my current occupation.
With ease and grace I replace
old views with fresh sights
from the crystal palace in my heart.
I must mention here
my heart pumps a golden light
so very bright
like the sun's rays on a clear day.
I am now safe to say
oldness thoughts disintegrate
in a bounty of youthful feelings.
You see I house a Creator Being,
guiding me, choosing liberty.
I Am glowing radiant youth.
Immortality is my proof.
Ancient programming
once chiseled into my cells
is now dispelled
with the sounding of freedom's bells.
The old stories dissolve
along with the foggy past.
I transmute fear.
I embrace life, very dear.
Death's grip is stripped
from my memory banks.
I cooperate with an Intelligence
expressing the Height of Elegance.
Moving in Radiant flow,
I Am an enlightened body
so delicious and fine.
I Am aligned with the Divine.

The body needs to have a foundation in it energetically for any work in the physical world. This can only be done by connecting with the Divine Blueprint for our lives and integrating that with our physical body.

This is more than just having a healthy diet and exercising.  This takes doing an inner journey to transform any emotional obstacles and past life memories that affect this lifetime. One does not discover a blueprint for one's life just by reading books and getting the information intellectually from someone else.

This takes having a relationship with your Higher Self, your God-essence, the source of your life. If one is not connected to one's own Higher Self and is living someone else's dream for them there will be an imbalance somewhere in one's life. Very often this shows up as a collapse in some way. This is why very often there is devastation when one loses a job or a relationship because the person's identity is in some way attached to another person or group.

many blessings,
