(The Art of Spirit Based Marketing)

Whether we are wanting to attract a mate or customers for a business the principles are the same. Wherever we are in consciousness is what we will attract into our life. I have had my own businesses as well as worked for many others. Marketing for someone else is entirely different than marketing for oneself. There are numerous marketing courses available. I have taken my fair share over the last 20 years and I have yet to hear the Metaphysics of business mentioned. The primary focus is on the outer image. Business is seen as separate from our personal lives. Absolutely everything in our life will show us if we are fully connected to our Soul’s Vision which encompasses all areas of our life.

Having a commitment to our Higher Purpose must be first and foremost in our focus, stoking the fire of our own passion, if we desire fulfillment in all areas of our life.

I have seen 3 paths, that is 3 ways in which we approach our relationships in all areas of our life: The Cling-On, The Clone, and The Shining Star.

When we are on The Cling - On path our unhealed child self is running our lives, living in the past. Wherever we got stuck as a child, unable to express from our heart, is where we will be frozen in that time frame. Those ways in which we learned to deal with situations then is how we will be now if we are on the Cling On path. Did we fight?; Did we flee, running to hide or did we freeze shutting down the connection to ourSelf? If this goes unhealed we tend to place more importance on other people's opinion of us allowing others to make decisions for us or we become chameleons trying to speak the right language or have the right look to gain approval. In this phase we become addicted to the high of romance creating parent / child relationships. We tend to romanticize everything in our lives from finding a mate to having the ideal career. We tend to isolate our relationships. From this path stems jealousy, the over protective, and possessive love relationship. In terms of marketing we are in a survival mode and not very magnetic to potential long term mates or customers for our business.

On The Clone path we have gone one step further. I liken this to the teenage self on the path of discovery. There are many ways our society promotes cloning big time. Very often we hear "If you have a system that works duplicate it. You don't have to reinvent the wheel". The latest things I have noticed are the wide scale plastic surgeries being done to get that perfect body; the numerous courses for how to get that perfect mate and the numerous courses for marketing products using catch words or phrases. I go to these events to meet people and network. Having gone to several of these seminars I started to see the cloned system, the intellect at work. What was missing was the magnetism from the heart.

Never Underestimate The Power Of Love. When we offer the gift from our Soul we are sharing the substance of our Being with others. There's nothing more sexy or magnetic than substance!

I once had a man that said to me "Linda, we'll have to get you into a blue suit so you can get into the corporate arena. Now, I don't have a problem with going into a corporate environment if that is where my spirit guides me. Doing so, in a blue suit, to fit an image would be counter productive when my message is about developing a unique style through living your Soul's purpose. I would fail to be in integrity. I have bumped up against this many times. Always by standing my ground in the Truth from my heart's knowing the connections are made and the manifestation comes.

If you have a title for a book or an idea that comes from your heart go with it! People will find you wherever you go. They will remember you, your product or service and tell others because you are offering your inspiration not something that is packaged in someone else's belief system that fails to be aligned with yours.

Some questions to ask yourself:

If something is out of alignment then the manifestation will be off from the intent of the Souls' Vision.

On The Shining Star Path we begin to identify ourSelf as the Infinite Being, that we are. We start to live from our God - essence bringing the past and the future into the Present transmuting the fear patterns within our mind, emotions and physical body. We create new beginnings rebirthing our expression in every moment. We can then refer to our birthday as a celebration of the anniversary of our arrival here, this lifetime, rather than creating a command for our body to age. We birth a new way of Being in relationship with each other singularly and in groups. We are able to celebrate true co-creative activity rather than survival dynamics.

As we free ourselves from holding on or letting go we stop dimming our light by being caregivers for people. Never underestimate the impact you have with people as you walk your path, being a Shining Star. By offering the gift of your Presence, living your soul's purpose, you will master the art of spirit based marketing in the world.
